    1 (10 oz) pkg Dole classic romaine mix
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    2 large tomatoes, diced
    1 medium red onion, diced
    5 Hy-Vee large eggs, hard boiled and sliced
    2 c. frozen Hy-Vee sweet peas
    1 ½ c. reduced fat mayonnaise
    ½ c. Hy-Vee light ranch dressing
    6 Hy-Vee precooked bacon slices, crumbled

    Directions

    1. In a large glass serving bowl, layer romaine mix, 1 cup shredded cheese, tomatoes, onion, sliced egg and peas.
    2. In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Spread evenly over salad.
    3. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2-cup cheese and bacon.
