    6 medium bell peppers
    1 lbs. ground beef
    ⅓ c. chopped onion
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    ¾ c. Minute Rice
    2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and black pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
    2. Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds. Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain peppers well.
    3. Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain leaving 1 tablespoon drippings in pan.
    4. Stir in tomatoes, rice and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until rice is tender. Add most of the cheese, reserving some for topping. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    5. Fill peppers and place in baking dish. Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
    6. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
