    1 (48 oz) package frozen sliced peaches, thawed
    ½ c. Hy-Vee strawberry preserves
    1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon, divided
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground nutmeg
    3 Hy-Vee ready-to-bake pie crusts, divided

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. In a large bowl, stir together peaches, preserves, sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour half the peach mixture into an ungreased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
    3. Cut 1 pie crust into strips and cover peach mixture in a single layer. Pour remaining peach mixture over crust.
    4. Cut remaining pie crusts into strips and weave to form a lattice on top of peach mixture.
    5. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
