1 head(s) cabbage, washed and shredded
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Sea salt, pepper and vinegar, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet or wok until hot.
  2. Add shredded cabbage. Reduce heat to medium and stir-fry cabbage for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and a little vinegar. Stir constantly until tender-crisp.
