    1 lbs. boneless round steak, cut into strips
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange juice
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    1 (10.75 oz) can Hy-Vee condensed tomato soup
    3 c. frozen Hy-Vee broccoli florets
    1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
    4 c. Hy-Vee hot cooked rice

    Directions

    1. In a large skillet over high heat, stir-fry steak in olive oil until desired doneness. Add soy sauce, orange juice, garlic powder and tomato soup. Bring to a boil.
    2. Stir in broccoli florets and bell pepper strips. Stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes until heated through.
    3. Serve with hot cooked rice.
