1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange juice | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder | ||
1 (10.75 oz) can Hy-Vee condensed tomato soup | ||
3 c. frozen Hy-Vee broccoli florets | ||
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips | ||
4 c. Hy-Vee hot cooked rice |
Directions
- In a large skillet over high heat, stir-fry steak in olive oil until desired doneness. Add soy sauce, orange juice, garlic powder and tomato soup. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in broccoli florets and bell pepper strips. Stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve with hot cooked rice.
