    1 lbs. boneless beef sirloin steak, 1-inch thick
    2 tsp. Mexican seasoning
    1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges in 100% juice, drained
    1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, drained
    1 (8 oz) can pineapple tidbits in 100% juice, undrained
    ½ c. chopped red or green bell pepper
    1 tbsp. chopped and seeded jalapeno pepper, optional
    6 c. mixed salad greens

    Directions

    1. Trim fat from steak. Rub both sides with seasoning. Grill, uncovered, 12 to 15 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile, for salsa, gently stir together oranges, tomatoes, pineapple, bell pepper and jalapeno.
    3. Thinly slice steak across the grain. Serve steak and salsa over salad greens.
