    		3 starfruit, puréed and strained with cheese cloth to yield ½ cup
    		2 oz. vodka
    		7Up
    		Sliced starfruit, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Combine puréed starfruit and vodka in a highball glass. Add ice.
    2. Add 7Up to fill glass. Garnish cocktail with sliced starfruit, if desired.
