    1 loaves Hy-Vee round sourdough or European-style loaf bread (about 1 pound)
    12 oz. Hy-Vee hot pepper cheese, sliced into thin slices

    Directions

    1. Cut bread lengthwise and crosswise into approximately 1-inch cubes without cutting through the bottom crust. Insert cheese between cuts of bread. Wrap in foil and place on baking sheet.
    2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
    3. Uncover and fold foil halfway back and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
    4. Serve by cutting bread through crust with knife.
