1 fresh peach | ||
1 c. chopped honeydew melon | ||
1 c. sliced red grapes | ||
2 tbsp. brown sugar, divided | ||
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon | ||
½ tsp. vanilla | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee lite whipped topping, thawed |
Directions
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
- Chop pineapple and peach.
- Toss pineapple, peach, honeydew, grapes, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a medium bowl.
- Combine reserved juice and remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar with whipped topping, stirring gently.
- Layer fruit mixture alternately with whipped topping mixture in 6 dessert dishes.
- Serve immediately.
