1 (8 oz) can That's Smart pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
1 fresh peach
1 c. chopped honeydew melon
1 c. sliced red grapes
2 tbsp. brown sugar, divided
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. vanilla
2 c. Hy-Vee lite whipped topping, thawed

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. Chop pineapple and peach.
  3. Toss pineapple, peach, honeydew, grapes, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a medium bowl.
  4. Combine reserved juice and remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar with whipped topping, stirring gently.
  5. Layer fruit mixture alternately with whipped topping mixture in 6 dessert dishes.
  6. Serve immediately.
