    ¾ c. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
    1 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cooked, shredded
    1 (11 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, well drained
    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee pineapple tidbits, well drained
    ½ c. Hy-Vee dried cherries
    ½ c. chopped green pepper
    ½ c. chopped celery
    2 tbsp. finely chopped red onion
    assorted crackers or cocktail bread, optional

    Directions

    1. Stir together mayonnaise, mustard and pepper in the bottom of a large bowl. Fold in shredded chicken, mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, cherries, green pepper, celery and onion. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
    2. Serve on crackers or cocktail bread, if desired.
