    4 uncooked skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee chicken grill seasoning
    1 (10 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee chopped spinach, thawed, drained
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag. With a meat mallet or rolling pin, pound chicken to 1/4-to 1/2-inch thickness.
    3. In a small mixing bowl, stir together seasoning, spinach and cheese.
    4. Place 1/4 of spinach mixture in the middle of each chicken breast.
    5. Gently fold chicken around spinach mixture. Place chicken in a greased 8-by-8-inch baking dish, fold-side down.
    6. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
