½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry | ||
1 (8 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped | ||
1 (1 oz) pkg Hy-Vee onion soup mix | ||
Fresh vegetables and crackers, for serving |
Directions
- Whip cream cheese, sour cream and milk until light and fluffy. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and onion soup mix. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
- Serve with assorted vegetables and crackers if desired.
