    1 (8 oz) container light garden vegetable cream cheese
    ½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
    ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 (10 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 (8 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 (1 oz) pkg Hy-Vee onion soup mix
    Fresh vegetables and crackers, for serving

    Directions

    1. Whip cream cheese, sour cream and milk until light and fluffy. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and onion soup mix. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
    2. Serve with assorted vegetables and crackers if desired.
