1 c. Hy-Vee frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained | ||
¼ c. crumbled feta cheese | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee canned mushrooms, drained | ||
1 Hy-Vee egg, beaten | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
4 (6 oz each) cube steaks |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together spinach, cheese, mushrooms, egg, salt and pepper. Spread mixture over steaks. There will be spinach mixture remaining. Roll up.
- Spread remaining spinach mixture in the bottom of an ungreased 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Place steaks seam-side-down on spinach.
- Bake uncovered for 45 to 60 minutes or until steak is cooked through.
