    1 c. Hy-Vee frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
    ¼ c. crumbled feta cheese
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee canned mushrooms, drained
    1 Hy-Vee egg, beaten
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    4 (6 oz each) cube steaks

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together spinach, cheese, mushrooms, egg, salt and pepper. Spread mixture over steaks. There will be spinach mixture remaining. Roll up.
    2. Spread remaining spinach mixture in the bottom of an ungreased 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Place steaks seam-side-down on spinach.
    3. Bake uncovered for 45 to 60 minutes or until steak is cooked through.
