½ c. low-sodium soy sauce | ||
2 tbsp. orange juice | ||
2 tbsp. white wine | ||
2 tbsp. Durkee Kansas City spicy chicken seasoning, divided | ||
2 tsp. brown sugar | ||
¼ tsp. ground ginger | ||
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts | ||
1 c. red raspberry salsa, or other fruit salsa |
Directions
- Combine soy sauce, orange juice, white wine, 1-1/2 tablespoons chicken seasoning, brown sugar and ginger in a zip-top bag; mix well.
- Add chicken, close bag and toss to coat. Marinate 15 minutes.
- Remove chicken from bag and grill 7 to 8 minutes per side, turning once.
- Mix salsa and 1/2 tablespoon chicken seasoning in a small saucepan; heat over low heat about 5 minutes or until warm. Pour 1/4 cup warm salsa over each chicken breast and serve immediately.
