    2 c. water
    3 vanilla maple tea bags
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger
    1 Hy-Vee cinnamon stick
    4 whole cloves
    ¼ tsp. ground cardamom
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground nutmeg
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee honey
    2 c. Hy-Vee skim milk

    Directions

    1. Bring water to a boil. Add tea bags, ginger, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, sugar and honey. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    2. Add milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
    3. Strain through a strainer. Serve hot or over ice.
