1 (15 oz) can HealthMarket green chili and lime refried beans
2 tsp. taco seasoning
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 ½ tsp. lime juice
½ c. Tofutti Sour Supreme
¼ c. mayonnaise
1 c. Muir Glen medium salsa
1 (3.8 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Genisoy Parmesan and garlic potato soy crisps, optional

Directions

  1. Stir together beans, taco seasoning, cayenne pepper and lime juice. Spread in the bottom of a 9-inch round pie plate.
  2. Stir together Tofutti and mayonnaise. Spread on top of beans. Top with salsa, olives and cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with potato soy crisps, if desired.
