1 (25 oz) pkg Hy-Vee Select frozen cheese ravioli
1 (24 oz) jar Hy-Vee Select mild black bean and corn salsa
Hy-Vee finely shredded Colby Jack cheese and Hy-Vee sour cream, optional

Directions

  1. Prepare frozen ravioli according to package directions. Drain and return to pan.
  2. Add salsa and heat over medium low heat until hot, stirring carefully.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and serve with sour cream, if desired.
