    Things To Grab

    • Large rimmed baking pan
    • Aluminum foil
    • Medium saucepan
    • Silicone pastry brush

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking pan with foil. Place ribs on prepared pan. Bake, uncovered, 1-1/2 hours.

    2. Meanwhile, for barbecue sauce, in a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, chipotle peppers, brown sugar, water, vinegar, canola oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, celery salt, black pepper and paprika. Cook over medium heat 20 minutes or until thickened.

    3. Turn ribs after baking for 1-1/2 hours. Brush ribs with sauce. Bake 1-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours more, turning and brushing with sauce every 30 minutes or until pork is tender and begins to fall apart.
