    1 (3 lb) pkg Hy-Vee chicken drumsticks (about 10 drumsticks)
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select extra-virgin olive oil
    ½ c. Hy-Vee ketchup
    ¼ c. finely chopped onion
    2 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp. molasses
    1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    ¼ tsp. liquid smoke

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking pan with foil and top with a cooling rack.
    2. Brush chicken with oil and place on rack. Bake chicken for 35 minutes.
    3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat ketchup, onion, brown sugar, Worcestershire, molasses, vinegar and liquid smoke over medium heat. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until thickened.
    4. Brush chicken with sauce and continue to bake 10 minutes, brushing with sauce 2 more times, or until chicken reaches 165 degrees.
