    ¼ c. fresh lime juice
    2 tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 tbsp. agave nectar
    2 oz. Jose Cuervo

    Directions

    1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Rub a lime wedge along the rim of an 8-oz. glass. Dip rim into salt and lime zest to coat; set aside.

    2. Grill pineapple round for 4 to 8 minutes or until slightly charred, turning once. Cut pineapple into 6 chunks.

    3. Muddle together 5 pineapple chunks, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker. Add tequila and ice cubes; cover and shake well. Fill prepared glass with ice cubes; strain drink into glass. Garnish with remaining grilled pineapple chunk.
