    ¼ c. light mayonnaise
    1 tbsp. prepared basil pesto
    4 (8-inch each) sun-dried tomato basil tortillas
    1 c. shredded Hy-Vee Monterey jack cheese, divided
    ½ lbs. Hy-Vee deli smoked turkey breast
    ¼ c. chopped, jarred, roasted red pepper, patted dry

    Directions

    1. Combine mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl; set aside.
    2. Spread 1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese on top.
    3. Roll individual turkey slices and arrange in a line down center of each tortilla.
    4. Evenly distribute roasted red pepper pieces on turkey slices.
    5. Roll up tortillas and cut in half to serve.
