    8 tbsp. light chive and onion cream cheese, divided
    4 (6 inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    1 (4 oz) pkg smoked salmon, skinned and chopped, divided
    12 baby spinach leaves, divided

    Directions

    1. Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese over each tortilla. Sprinkle salmon down center of each tortilla. Top with spinach. Roll up tightly and wrap with plastic wrap.
    2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours but no more than 24 hours.
    3. To serve, cut into 1-inch pieces.
