    4 c. Hy-Vee chicken broth
    4 c. Hy-Vee tomato juice
    2 (14.5 oz each) cans Hy-Vee diced Italian tomatoes, undrained
    2 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee Italian mix frozen vegetables
    1 ½ c. uncooked Hy-Vee rotini pasta

    Directions

    1. In a 4-quart slow cooker, combine broth, tomato juice, tomatoes, garlic, pepper and salt.
    2. Cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
    3. Stir in frozen vegetables and pasta. Cook on HIGH for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
