1 (15.5 oz) can Hy-Vee sloppy joe sauce | ||
1 (16 oz) tube Hy-Vee jumbo buttermilk biscuits | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded pizza cheese, divided |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet, cook pork. Stir in sloppy joe sauce. Simmer 1 minute.
- Flatten each biscuit; place on a greased baking sheet. Evenly divide meat between biscuits. Top each biscuit with 2 tablespoons cheese.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuit is golden brown.
