¼ripe avocado
1small ripe banana
1 c.frozen mixed berries
1large handful spinach
1 c.skim milk
½ tbsp.chia seeds
1/2 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 12-15g whey protein)
Optional toppings: fresh berries, roasted sunflower seeds or pepitas, mixed nuts, maple vanilla coconut chips, drizzle agave syrup

Directions

  1. Combine avocado, banana, berries, spinach, milk, chia seeds and protein powder in a blender.
  2. Blend on HIGH until creamy and smooth.
  3. Pour smoothie into serving bowl and top with desired toppings. Enjoy!
