    When in doubt, reach for the Old Bay seasoning and a bag of shrimp. This simple two-ingredient dish can be served with literally anything—rice, veggies, salad, pasta, or on it's own as an appetizer. And if you don't plan to fire up the grill, check out the alternative method for boiling the shrimp.

    1 lbs. (51 to 60 ct) shrimp, peeled, deveined, thawed if frozen
    Old Bay Seasoning, as needed

    Directions

    1. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat.

    2. Thread shrimp on skewers, stacking shrimp tightly together so there is no space between shrimp. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with Old Bay seasoning.

    3. Grill, turning once, until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 4 to 6 minutes total.

      To boil, bring 1 cup water and 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Carefully add shrimp, cover with lid and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon or drain in a colander.
