1 c. elderflower liqueur
10 large fresh mint leaves, plus additional for garnish
1 ½ lbs. Hy-Vee Short Cuts melon mix
2 c. Hy-Vee club soda, chilled
Fresh melon, cut into wedges, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine rose wine, elderflower liqueur, and 10 mint leaves in a 1-gallon pitcher. Add Hy-Vee Short Cuts melon mix to pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours.

  2. To serve, remove mint leaves from pitcher; slowly add club soda. Serve in ice-filled glasses. Garnish with melon wedges and additional mint leaves, if desired.
