2 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
2 Red Delicious apples, cored and chopped into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp. cooking sherry
1 tsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee flake coconut
10 Hy-Vee maraschino cherries

Directions

  1. Cut orange sections into halves and grapefruit sections into quarters.
  2. Mix oranges, grapefruit, apples, sherry, lemon juice and sugar together in a medium serving bowl.
  3. Cover bowl. Chill for 1 hour in refrigerator.
  4. Just before serving, mix in bananas and top with coconut and cherries.
