2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil
4 (4 oz each) yellowfin tuna fillets
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
½ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine pineapple, onion, parsley and lime juice in a medium-size bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tuna fillets. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
