    Directions

    1. Brush tuna steaks with 2 teaspoons canola oil and season with salt and black pepper.
    2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat for direct cooking. Lightly oil the grill grates by rubbing grates with an oiled paper towel. Grill tuna steaks 4 to 6 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking, or until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork but is still pink in the center.
