    ½ lbs. peeled and deveined cooked (60 to 80 ct) shrimp, chopped
    4 oz. Hy-Vee FishMarket imitation crab meat
    3 Roma tomatoes, diced
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. chopped chives
    1 tsp. chopped basil
    1 tsp. chopped mint
    Hy-Vee salt, to taste
    1 (16 oz) Hy-Vee baguette, thinly sliced and toasted

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, tomatoes, lemon juice, chives, basil and mint. Season to taste with salt. Cover and refrigerate.
    2. Serve seafood mixture on toasted baguette slices.
