    Directions

    1. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. 

    2. Spray a small skillet with nonstick spray; heat over medium-low heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Once bottom has set, use a spatula to stir the mixture and form large curds. 

    3. Continue cooking and stirring until eggs are cooked through but still glossy. Remove from heat. Serve immediately.
