    1 c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee healthy recipe cream of mushroom soup
    6 medium Hy-Vee russet potatoes (about 3-1/2 lb), peeled and cubed
    ½ c. chopped onion
    2 c. cubed, cooked ham

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Whisk together milk and cream of mushroom soup in a large bowl. Stir in potatoes, onion and ham. Pour into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
    3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
