    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce
    2 tbsp. savory herb roasting rub
    1 (6 lb) boneless leg of lamb

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Stir together oil, soy sauce and herb rub. Cut slits in lamb. Rub lamb with herb mixture, making sure to get rub mixture into slits.
    2. Place lamb in a roasting pan. Bake lamb uncovered for 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Remove from oven; tent with foil. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
