    1 (16 oz) pkg 93/7 lean ground chicken
    1 (15 oz) can HealthMarket dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 oz) can HealthMarket pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15.25 oz) can HealthMarket black beans, rinsed and drained
    8 oz. HealthMarket mild salsa
    1 (15 oz) can Eden Organics no-salt-added crushed tomatoes
    ½ packet(s) Simply Organic spicy chili seasoning
    1 c. water
    Shredded HealthMarket cheddar cheese, sliced green onions and sour cream, optional

    Directions

    1. Heat a Dutch oven or large saucepan over medium-high heat. Brown chicken.
    2. Stir in beans, salsa, crushed tomatoes, chili seasoning and water.
    3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    4. If desired, serve with shredded cheese, green onions and sour cream.
