1 (15 oz) can HealthMarket dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained | ||
1 (15 oz) can HealthMarket pinto beans, rinsed and drained | ||
1 (15.25 oz) can HealthMarket black beans, rinsed and drained | ||
8 oz. HealthMarket mild salsa | ||
1 (15 oz) can Eden Organics no-salt-added crushed tomatoes | ||
½ packet(s) Simply Organic spicy chili seasoning | ||
1 c. water | ||
Shredded HealthMarket cheddar cheese, sliced green onions and sour cream, optional |
Directions
- Heat a Dutch oven or large saucepan over medium-high heat. Brown chicken.
- Stir in beans, salsa, crushed tomatoes, chili seasoning and water.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- If desired, serve with shredded cheese, green onions and sour cream.
