    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter
    6 c. Hy-Vee mini marshmallows
    6 c. Hy-Vee One Step crispy rice cereal, or Hy-Vee Cocoa Rageous cereal
    Peppermint sticks, for garnish
    Chocolate covered pretzels, halved, for garnish
    Chocolate wafers, for garnish
    Candy eyes, for garnish
    Red M&M's, for garnish

    Things To Grab

    • Large microwave-safe bowl
    • Spatula
    • 9x9-inch baking pan

    Directions

    1. Melt butter in the microwave. Add mini marshmallows. Cook and stir in 30-second increments until melted.

    2. Add cereal. Combine mixture thoroughly.

    3. Press cereal mixture into a nonstick 9x9-inch pan. When firm, cut into 3 rows, then cut each row into 3 triangles for a total of 9 treats. 

    4. Insert peppermint sticks and add chocolate-covered pretzel antlers, halved chocolate melting wafer ears, candy eyes, and red M&M's noses.
