    2 lbs. small red potatoes
    ½ c. sliced green onions
    ½ c. reduced-fat ranch dressing
    ¼ tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
    3 piece(s) Hy-Vee fully cooked bacon, crumbled

    Directions

    1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 14 to 18 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain and cut into 1-inch cubes.
    2. In a large bowl, combine green onions, ranch dressing, black pepper, bacon and potatoes. Toss gently to combine.
    3. Cover and refrigerate.
