    1 lbs. uncooked stew meat, chopped into bite-size pieces
    2 (14.5 oz each) cans Hy-Vee beef broth, divided
    3 tbsp. (about 1/2 envelope) Hy-Vee stew mix
    1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen stew vegetables
    1 c. Hy-Vee frozen cut corn

    Directions

    1. In a large saucepan, cook meat on medium heat until browned.
    2. In a small bowl, wisk together 1/4 cup broth and stew mix; add to meat. Stir in remaining broth, stew vegetables and corn.
    3. Bring to a boil and cook uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
