    6 oz. Hy-Vee Bakery plain wonton chips
    1 c. Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken, shredded
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee Thai peanut sauce
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 tbsp. shredded carrots
    1 tbsp. green onions, thinly sliced
    1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
    Sriracha sauce, for serving
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee salted blanched peanuts, for serving

    Directions

    1. Spread wonton chips on a large microwave-safe plate. 

    2. Combine chicken and peanut sauce in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture on chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    3. Sprinkle with carrots, green onions, and cucumber. Drizzle with Sriracha sauce and sprinkle with peanuts just before serving.
