    4 tilapia fillets
    ¼ lbs. thinly sliced Di Lusso prosciutto, halved lengthwise

    Directions

    1. Spread 2 teaspoons cheese on top of each fillet.
    2. Wrap each fillet with sliced prosciutto.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Broil an additional 5 minutes.
