    Servings and Ingredients

    Ingredients
    Serves 6
    QuantityIngredientAdd
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee flour
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
6 (4 oz each) lean boneless pork chops
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    ½ c. Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee honey mustard
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee light pear halves, drained and chopped

    Directions

    1. Combine flour and pepper in a wide shallow dish. Dredge pork chops in seasoned flour and discard remaining seasoned flour.
    2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook pork chops, in batches if necessary, until browned and internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 6 minutes per side. Remove pork chops from skillet and keep warm.
    3. Combine chicken broth and honey mustard and add to skillet. Bring to a simmer, add pears and simmer for 5 minutes. Return pork chops to skillet and heat through.
    4. Serve pork chops with pear sauce spooned on top.
