1 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
4 c. fresh spinach, divided
2 pluots, thinly sliced, divided
½ c. halved green grapes, divided
¼ c. toasted pine nuts, divided

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar and salt. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, divide spinach on each of 6 salad plates. Top each with pluot slices, green grapes and pine nuts.
  3. Drizzle each evenly with dressing.
