    2 pkgs Athens baked mini filo shells
    1¼ cup Hy-Vee whipped cream cheese (from 8 oz container)
    1 cup pistachios
    ½ cup pomegranate arils
    4 tbsp Hy-Vee honey

    Directions

    1. Place mini fillo shells on a serving tray or platter.
    2. Fill each shell with 2 teaspoons cream cheese.
    3. Sprinkle pistachios and pomegranate arils on top of cream cheese in each fillo shell.
    4. Lightly drizzle honey on top.
