    5 Hy-Vee large eggs
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    8 slice(s) French bread
    1 (12 oz) bag frozen Hy-Vee raspberries
    3 medium peaches, pitted and sliced
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee packed brown sugar
    cinnamon sugar and pancake syrup, optional

    Directions

    1. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla and baking powder. Pour over bread to soak; turn to coat well. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
    2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    3. Combine raspberries, peaches and brown sugar in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Top with bread slices.
    4. Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until golden. Serve with cinnamon sugar and syrup if desired.
