    3 tbsp. blue sugar sprinkles
    6 oz. white almond bark, chopped
    12 large strawberries

    Directions

    1. Pour blue sugar crystals in a small bowl; set aside.

    2. Place almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds. Stir almond bark, and heat for another 30 seconds. Stir any lumps that may be left. Holding the strawberries by their leaves, dip 3/4 of the berry into the melted bark, shaking off any excess. Immediately dip 1/4 of the berry into the blue sugar sprinkles. Place on parchment paper until bark is set.
