½ c. part-skim ricotta cheese | ||
1 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crust | ||
1 ½ c. boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders, cooked and diced | ||
2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg shredded low-moisture, part-skim mozzarella cheese | ||
chopped fresh parsley, optional |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place the prebaked pizza crust on ungreased pizza pan.
- In medium bowl, stir together cheese sauce and ricotta. Spread evenly on crust. Top with chicken, tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Bake 15 minutes or until ricotta mixture is bubbling. Garnish with parsley if desired.
