Description
Everybody's favorite cookie is part of a new cold-weather staple. Blitz the ingredients in a blender and heat through. Crème de menthe makes it an adult's only treat.

10 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies | ||
3 c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee chocolate-flavored syrup | ||
½ tsp. peppermint extract |
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until well blended. Pour into 2-quart saucepan. Cook on medium-high heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Ladle evenly into 4 mugs.
- *Special Extra: To prevent hot cocoa from cooling too quickly, fill mugs with hot water and let stand until ready to use. Pour out hot water just before filling the mugs with hot cocoa.
