    ¼ c. Hy-Vee butter
    ½ c. Hy-Vee packed brown sugar
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee maple syrup
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee orange juice
    ½ c. half-and-half
    2 oranges, peeled, sectioned and cut into bite-size pieces
    3 c. Hy-Vee light vanilla ice cream

    Directions

    1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Stir in brown sugar and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add orange juice; boil 1 minute.
    2. Stir in half-and-half; boil for 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat.
    3. Stir in orange pieces. Set aside.
    4. Scoop ice cream into 6 glasses. Top with orange maple sauce.
