Orange Glazed Asparagus

2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee orange juice | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper | ||
Chopped fresh parsley, optional |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, orange juice, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the asparagus.
- Roast for 8 to 12 minutes or until fork tender.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
