    1 (4 oz) salmon fillet, thawed
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange marmalade
    ¾ tsp. stone ground mustard
    pinch Hy-Vee salt
    pinch Hy-Vee ginger

    Directions

    1. Preheat broiler. Place salmon on a greased broiler pan.
    2. Broil 6 to 8 inches from the heat for 6 minutes.
    3. Meanwhile, stir together marmalade, mustard, salt and ginger. Brush over fish.
    4. Broil an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
